At Saint + Soldier we want you to love your purchase. We have a strict returns policy however we are here to help you through every step of your shopping experience.

All personalised custom made items cannot be returned all sales are final. So we advise going up a size to avoid disappointment with our personalised items. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us, we are happy to help.

Please choose carefully as all purchases are non refundable. We do however, want you to be happy with your purchase and will offer a credit note for all non personalised items.

In order for a return to be processed, you must meet all the requirements below. 

Email to request a returns form.

- The item will be sent back at your expense, all return parcels must be trackable. 

- The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached.

- Exchanges must be applied and sent within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please note we do not offer straight exchanges you will be given a credit note so you can repurchase your items.
