Can i cancel my order ?
Unfortunately due to products being custom made we do not accept cancellations.
I have ordered a personalised item and non personalised. When will it be shipped ?
If you only want to pay one for shipping your order will be sent once the personalised item is complete.
I want 5 patches on the back and 1 on the front. Will i be charged more ?
No, you can place your 6 patches wherever you like.
What do i do if I'm unsure of how many patches i want till i see layout options ?
You can purchase additional patches later, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
What is your jacket sizing like ?
We do aim to use the standard sizing guide. But we do recommend going up a size so you are not disappointed and it lasts longer.
There is only a few centimetres difference in kids sizing, sizes may differ a little bit due to shrinkage of the denim wash process.
There is a slight difference in sizing between the saint + soldier blue print and black out denims, and the denims went through a different wash process and the black didn't shrink as much as the blue print.

How do i wash my product ?
This is a hand made item, we have sewn all patches on with care so it will last. We advise hand wash when possible. But if it needs a machine wash we advise washing inside out on 30C hand wash. Do not tumble dry.
I am after a particular patch, and you have just emailed me to say it is out of stock?
Sometimes patches can go out of stock quickly unexpectedly. We try to not let this happen but it can happen. If we have emailed you we will try and get that patch in ASAP for you.
How long will it take to receive my item ?
It may take up to 2 weeks for you item to be shipped ( shipping time not included in the 2 weeks ). But we do aim to get your product to you before this. In an unlikely event that it may take longer you will be notified. But we promise it will be worth the wait.
Does the rainbow letters come in different colours ?
Rainbow letters only come in the colours shown.
How do i know you have received my order ?
We will send you confirmation by email as soon as your order has come through to our system. Please note it can take up to 12 hours to receive this email.
Can you make other custom made items ?
We are happy to try and accommodate your special request. Please email us your request.
Im after a particular patch for my jacket, can you get it for me ?

What if the item i am after is out of stock ?

How will you know what writing and patches i want on my jacket ?
Once you ready to check out there is a section at the bottom to fill your personalisation and any other notes for us.
What sizes are the Patches ?
Numbers are approximately 7.5cm in height.
Varsity Letters are approximately 5cm in height.
Rainbow Letters are approximately 4cm in height.
And our patches range from 2cm to 12cm in height. If you would like exact measurement for a particular patch please contact us.
A patch i am after comes in a few different colours, how will you know which colour i want ?
Please specify in the design option box in the checkout which colour patch you are after, if this is left blank we will pick a colour that suits your other patches chosen.
I don't know what the patch i am after is called ?
We have tried our best to describe patches with names and images but if you want to be sure you pick the correct patch you are after please send us a message and we will be happy to help you out.
What is the sizing of the Blue Print Denim ?
-Size 1 is 36cm in length 31cm in width and 31.5cm in arm length
-Size 2 is 37.5cm in length 33.5cm in width and 34cm in arm length
-Size 3 is 38.5cm in length 35cm in width and 36.5cm in arm length
-Size 4 is 42cm in length 37cm in width and 38cm in arm length
-Size 6 is 44.5cm in length 38cm in width and the arm length is 42cm
-Size 8 is 46cm in length 41cm in width and the arm length is 44.5cm
Where are orders shipped from ?
Our jackets are customised and shipped from Australia
How do i let you know what patches i want ?
There is a information section when purchasing your jacket where you an enter your patches you would like and any additional information.
You don't ship to my country ?
If you cannot select your country in our shipping, please send us a message and we will help you out.
What if i just want a name on my jacket ?
If you just want a name on your jacket please let us know in the comment
